My Cats.

My Cat's Mr LEONE, LE & Old Bro.

If I told you I was an animal lover, I'd be lying!
I haven't had any emotional attachments to pets, but when I met Mr. Leone in Italy, and then living with him day after day, and later traveling together, a very deep bond was born.
Leone reached a point in his life where he wasn't young anymore; he was 15 years old, and after his last vaccination, his health began to decline until, in January 2024, he crossed the rainbow bridge to the Kingdom of God.

His passing was painful! We stayed home with empty hearts. We gave away and donated his things; we thought it was time for a change.

Until one stormy day, a ginger cat (so similar to Leone!) knocked on the door. This young ginger cat asked for shelter and help with his wounds. We offered our help, but I knew this cat would find a home. We started searching and met his family, who were saddened by his disappearance of more than six months. They took him to LE with them, but the next day LE returned and chose to live with us.
His older brother (14 years old) appeared, and they would visit and play together. Until one day, OLD BRO decided to live with us.

Today we have LE, OLD BRO, and always our angel, LEONE.
I often see Leone at LE, and Old Bro's soft voice brightens my days.

I'm not younger, I don't have the energy I used to, I live with my own illness, but they bring so much joy to our home.

LE is short for Leone, and Old Bro is because he's the older brother! đŸ˜¹

What more can I say?
